The service

TaskBuddys Send Home lets you order gifts such as rice, food hampers and drinks for people in Nigeria. TaskBuddys coordinates buying and preparing the gifts and arranges delivery through local Buddys.

Availability

Products, locations and delivery dates depend on local availability. If an item becomes unavailable we will contact you to agree a suitable alternative or a refund for that item.

Prices and totals

Prices are shown in USD as guide prices. The total you pay at checkout is itemised (gifts, personalisation, service fee and delivery fee) and is the amount charged. Orders that need a quote — such as bulk, photo/logo design or items priced on request — are confirmed with you before any payment.

Coverage and preferred dates

Delivery coverage is confirmed by location. Your preferred delivery date is a request and is not guaranteed until TaskBuddys confirms it.

Personalisation

You must have the right to use any photo, logo or text you send us, and it must not be offensive or unlawful. We may decline personalisation we cannot reasonably produce. Rice stays sealed; personalisation is applied to outer presentation.

Alcohol

Alcoholic drinks are only available where permitted. The buyer and recipient must both be adults, and we may refuse or remove alcohol where it is restricted or the recipient cannot confirm they are an adult.

Accurate details

You are responsible for giving accurate recipient names, phone numbers and addresses. Wrong or unreachable details can delay delivery and may lead to extra charges (see our delivery policy).

Delivery proof

After delivery, the Buddy provides photo or video proof, which we share with you.

Bulk and custom orders

Bulk, corporate and custom orders are quoted individually. A quote is not a confirmed order until both sides agree and any required payment is made.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
